You are priceless

September 4, 2015

What do I mean by this?

Is it wonderful play on words.

It could mean you are less of price, that is, it is not possible to put a price on you. It could also be someone saying you are unique.

Ultimately we are all priceless. You cannot but a value on human life, on experience, on memories. But we do.

I feel worthless, I feel I’m over-valued, I think I’ll never amount to anything. These are all judgements where we attach value to ourselves and to others.

We have choice. We can decide to live a valuable life. We can decide to spend time with people we value. We can value our relationships, our friendships, our family. Whilst this may feel a little challenging initially, it is up to us to choose whether we wish to live a life of pain or pleasure. A happy life is one in which we choose to value the experience of being alive. Whilst we may not always think and feel of value or have thoughts or feelings that we believe are of value, it is up to us to determine whether or not to value them. If we do not believe they are of value, then change them. Do something different.

Take action. Start today. Value each and every moment. With yourself. With others. With the world.
